Changes in administrative data concern a change in:
- manager;
- the manager’s representative;
- director;
- facility;
- coordinating physician;
- head nurse (palliative care).

Changes in administrative data must be submitted to AVIQ:
- by post to the attention of the “Directorate of Healthcare Reception and Accommodation” located at 21 Rue de la Rivelaine, 6061 Charleroi;
