The establishment must comply with the operating standards set out in the regulations.
The manager of the establishment submits its application by sending the ‘operating permit application’ questionnaire to the AVIQ. Following the request, an inspection visit will take place. If the conclusions of this visit are favourable, the operating permit proposal will be sent to the Minister for signature.
