For the 2019?2024 parliamentary term, the government has eight members, including the president. Each one holds the title of minister.
The Walloon government is in charge of the executive power in Wallonia and therefore initiates the drafting of decrees. It also sanctions all decrees as a second branch of regional legislative power. It promulgates Walloon decrees, orders their publication in the Moniteur Belge and adopts the regulations and decrees that are necessary for their execution.
