Summary
Authorisation is required to put exceptional vehicles into circulation on the public highway which, because of their construction or the indivisible load they carry, exceed at least one of the following dimensions:
- Length: Single vehicle: 12 m - Tractor + semi-trailer: 16.50 m - Truck + trailer: 18.75 m
- Width: 2.55 m
- Height: 4 m
- Mass: 44 T for 5-axle combinations
- Rear overrun: 3 m

The application can be made in two ways:

The "Application for authorisation for exceptional transport" form must be completed and sent by registered mail to:

The WebTeuv application allows the management of authorisation applications from start to finish.
33 for an exceptional vehicle in categories 1 and 2;
53 for an exceptional vehicle in categories 3 and 4.
Five working days from the date of receipt of the request.
Where applicable, the vehicle sheet and/or route taken.
